Returns and Exchanges
Cathy Campbell Ltd will exchange any item purchased within 14 days from the original purchase date. This excludes any item purchased with a discount code or on sale. Items received outside of this time will not be accepted. Returned items must be in the original condition and not worn, altered, or washed. Items must have all packaging and tags still attached. We will assess the item upon return and ensure that it meets our criteria before a refund or exchange can be processed. Shipping costs will not be refunded if any item is damaged unless it is a faulty stock item. A return must be submitted to our online store unless purchased from a stockist. When returning, ensure your package is traceable and you take note of a tracking code, as we are not liable for any items lost in the post.

Download return form and include in return package. We will respond promptly upon receiving the package.
